SHIPPING

PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).

All orders generally ship out within 1-2 business days.

 

DOMESTIC RATES

Complimentary shipping to the 48 contiguous United States on any order $200 and over.

Flat Rate $10. shipping will apply on orders under $200. before applicable sales tax.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do not currently accept international orders online.

TRACKING
You will receive an email confirmation after your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with your tracking number once your package has been processed.

It may take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to appear on carrier websites after your order is processed. 

DELIVERY
Refused or undeliverable packages will incur any return shipping fees and be charged a 20% restocking fee.

We are not responsible for misdirected orders if incorrect or outdated shipping information is provided.

 

SALES TAX
Shipping destinations in New York will be charged sales tax on items and shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS

IN STORE & ONLINE RETURN POLICY

We do not issue cash/credit card refunds.

Refunds are issued in the event an item has become unavailable to ship after order.

Exchange or Merchandise credit only to be used on future purchases, less return shipping cost if using our pre-paid return shipping label.

Returns dropped off, made in-store, or sent at your expense will also receive store credit only.
 

Returns must be postmarked within 10 days (including weekends) of the original ship date.

Please allow up to 7 days for processing online orders.

Items must be returned in original condition- unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all tags attached.

When trying on apparel, please be mindful of makeup, skincare, or hair products.

Items returned with stains or visible wear are not eligible for refund or exchange. 

 

We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet our return policy

requirements.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are considered final sale if sold at more than 29% off original price.

NON-ELIGIBLE RETURN ITEMS

Jewelry, handbags, shoes, beauty products, fragrances, personalized items, fashion & home accessories, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

INITIATING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE      

Please fill out our                               . We will email you a return label and RA# once your return is approved.

Print out the return label and ship back to us in the same packaging your item arrived in.

The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount if you request a label and pick up.

The prompts will ask you for the following information:
- Your name

- Order number
- Item you are returning/exchanging 
- The reason for your return

If you wish to mail back your return:

We will email you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and address where to send.

Returns without an RA# written on the outside of the box will be refused. 

Late returns may be refused. 

If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a credit will not be granted.

Returns must be postmarked within 7 days (including weekends) of the original ship date to be eligible for return.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and the cost will be deducted should you use our pre-paid shipping label.

If you choose to send on your own, we recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured for the full amount of the merchandise.

We are not responsible for missing packages. 

Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Shipping costs will only be credited when a return is a result of our error.  

EXCHANGES

If you need to return any items for a different size please reach out to services@shopinterstyle.com with the order number and size requested. One of our team members will reach out and advise you.

PROCESSING
Returns are processed Mon-Fri.

Upon acceptance of the return package, credit will be processed within 3 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation when your credit is issued.

STORE CREDIT

Store credits may be used in-store or online and expire after 2 years from initiation date.

HOLIDAY PURCHASES

Purchases made from Thanksgiving thru December 24th, are eligible for return or exchange until the new year.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
We do not offer price adjustments for prior purchases.

Special offers, promos and sales cannot be combined.

AUTHENTICITY AND WARRANTY

We only carry items that are authentic and purchased direct from the manufacturer.

Our items are inspected upon arrival and are free of defects.

In the event a problem is recognized within 30 days from the time of purchase, we will facilitate repairs only if the services are available by our vendor. However, we will not provide a replacement or refund if these items are not mended by the vendor. 

Garments with distressing are prone to an increase chance of wear and normal desired effect over time. This is normal.
