RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds are only allowed for ON-LINE EXCLUSIVE purchases only.
Exchange or Store Credit only for in-store purchases, in-store returns or featured items titled "The...".
Jewelry, Handbags, Sunglasses, Accessories, Fragrances, Footwear, Gift cards.
Special and Custom Orders, All Home Collection Accessories and Furniture are not eligible for return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same salable condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags as originally attached.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be instructed to send the item to the store or the manufacturer as per our instructions.
Once the return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:

EXCHANGES - In-Store Purchases Only
We only replace our in-store items if you find them defective or damaged within immediate inspection. To exchange it for the same item only, call us at 516-656-9848.
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of the original shipping amount [if applicable] will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time may vary for your exchanged product to reach you.
If shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
